Environmental & Climate Justice Storytellers Collective Internship
High school interns representing the state of Louisiana will partner with regional experts in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Medicine (STEMM) and environmental and climate justice organizations to chronicle stories of vulnerable communities adversely affected by climate change and environmental hazards.
Qualifications
- Have a passionate interest in environmental justice and climate change advocacy.
- Currently enrolled in High School
- Rising High School Junior or Senior Student
Skills & Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and take initiative, assist others and problem-solve
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Must be able to attend internship in-person
Commitment
- Fall 2025 & Spring 2026
- Participation in monthly meetings
- Earth Day presentation April 2026
